Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before work begins
Cancel any time before we start on your documents (before the first draft for Express, before the discovery call for Personally Crafted) and we refund 100% of what you paid. Email support@aadau.in with your order reference.
After delivery
Once your draft is delivered, we fix problems with revisions rather than refunds: the included revision rounds cover changes of content, tone, and structure. If after the included revisions the document still does not reflect the information you provided, we will either rework it or refund 50%, at your choice.
Duplicate or failed payments
Duplicate charges and payments captured for orders we could not fulfil are refunded in full, automatically where possible. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days of approval; UPI refunds go to the paying UPI ID.
How to request
Email support@aadau.in from the address on your order, with your order reference (shown on your confirmation screen and email). We respond within 2 working days.
