Who we are
Aadau Solutions ("Aadau", "we", "us"), operating at www.aadau.in, provides CV, resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile services. Registered office: [REGISTERED ADDRESS, PUNE, INDIA]. For any privacy question, write to support@aadau.in.
What we collect
When you use our intake form we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone, location, and career details (work history, education, skills, achievements). When you pay, our payment providers (Razorpay for cards and UPI in India) process your payment details; we never see or store your card number. If you pay via direct UPI, we receive only the transaction reference you enter.
How we use it
Your career information is used solely to create your documents. It is shared with the editor working on your CV and with the AI drafting system for the Express tier. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists without consent.
Retention and deletion
We retain intake information and delivered documents for 12 months so we can handle revisions and support, after which they are deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing support@aadau.in from the address you used with us.
Third parties
We use Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider to run the service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. Email support@aadau.in and we will respond within 7 working days.
